Our Villa Venice houseboat is located in Cypress Cove Marina. It had a complete redo in January 2020. It's a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom houseboat with 8 beds. This is a multi-level structure, with the bedrooms and one full-sized bathroom located on the lower level. Three of the bedrooms have a set of twin-over-twin sized bunk beds, two of the rooms have a single queen sized bed, for a total of 8 beds. Couples can share the queen sized bed, so you can potentially sleep 10 people here in this gem.  

The living room is located on the upper floor of the houseboat and has an open concept floor plan. This houseboat also has a full kitchen with all appliances to help you enjoy the catch from the day. The large kitchen table provides seating for all. The mud room is the perfect location for placing all of your gear out of the way and to wash away the grime on your clothes. The back porch is a perfect place to wind down at the end of the day. Utilize the commercial ice maker on the back deck. On the morning of your charter, you can walk right out of the back door and step onto the boat. 

The rate is $500.00 per night plus tax (11.75%) & a one-time cleaning fee of $150.00.
