The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, and the living room has sofas and a love seat.  This unit also includes storage room, washer and dryer, large kitchen table, and much more. On the morning of your charter, you can walk right to the boats. Located on Pier B.

The rate is $500.00 per night plus tax (10.95%) & a one-time cleaning fee of $125.00.
